    Posture Workouts which last 15-30min,

    4-6 times per week.

  • Long, Infrequent Workouts

    Posture workouts which last 45-75 minutes,

    1-3 times per week.

  • A Mix of Each

    Posture workouts ranging from 25 minutes to 60 minutes,

    2-4 times per week.
